Site work for a water / sewer project in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the work involves river bank stabilization using armor stone, sheetpile wall, tree protection, temporary construction hoarding. The work in the Credit River is subject to the conditions of the Credit Valley Conservation Authority (CVCA) permitting, and all other permits that apply. As such, construction work must be sequenced to meet timing outlined by the permit(s), and as stipulated by the City of Mississauga herein. Bidder must be able to demonstrate: - They have been in business under the same name for a minimum of the last five (5) years; - They have successfully completed a minimum of three projects of similar size, scope and complexity to that described in the Specifications in the last five (5) years; - They have a health and safety program in place; - They are bondable, i.e. have the ability to obtain 50% Performance Bond and 50% Material and Labour Payment Bond. There are two (2) site(s) that require work as a part of this contract. The locations are: - Marina Park, 15 Front Street South, Mississauga (Port Credit) - Memorial Park, 25 Front Street North, Mississauga (Port Credit) Documents are available at : https://mississauga.bidsandtenders.ca
