Firms considering responding to this Request for Qualifications are strictly prohibited from communicating with any member of Owners staff or representatives of the Owner except as set forth in this Part IV. The electronic copy shall be submitted by e-mail (file size less than 10 megs), and the subject line of the e-mail should clearly read Qualifications for Criteria Architect Services for Avon Lake Play Space at Bleser Park. Questions regarding the scope of services or the Request for Qualifications requirements only, must be directed by e-mail to: Beth Fulton, PE City Engineer City of Avon Lake, Ohio Email: bfulton@avonlake.org Responding firms will be evaluated separately by the Owners selection committee and ranked in order of their qualifications. The selection committees recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for final approval. As part of this evaluation, the Owner may hold interviews with individual firms. The Owner expects to enter into contract negotiations with the firm ranked most qualified to perform the services needed. Requests for Statements of Qualifications will be advertised for a period of 21 days with the process schedule as follows (which may be modified by the Owner in its sole discretionEvaluation of Qualifications August 5, 2022 Approval August 22, 2022 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
