The work the Contractor must perform includes but is not limited to: annual testing, external exmaninations, inspections and maintenance and repair. The Contractor must complete all work in accordance with CSA B51 2019 - Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code; ASME BPVC 2019; NBIC part 3 -2019; Safety Standards Act of B.C; Safety Standards General Regulation of B.C; the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation of B.C, the Gas Safety Regulations of B.C, the equipment manufacturer's recommendations and all other related and applicable acts, regulations, codes, directives and safety orders pertaining to the work in the province of British Columbia. Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of 08-August-2022 to 07-August-2025 with the option to renew for (2) additional one-year periods. The Contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, parts, materials and labour needed for mandatory maintenance requirements and tests including but not limited to: semi annual and annual testing and inspections, services and inspections at regular intervals. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada (English or French). After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
