Project Scope is a new two story municipal office building with sitework and paving. As of September 19, 2025, all sub contractors are required to submit they're official bid on the Contractor Bid Proposal form, along with the Contractors Affidavit and the Bidders Acknowledgement. It is essential that: o Every applicable section on each form is properly filled out. o All addenda are acknowledged. o The full bid package is submitted as required. Examples of items that may render your bid non-responsive include (but are not limited to): o Failure to submit the Contractor Bid Proposal o Failure to acknowledge all addenda o Failure to complete the affidavit and statement forms o Failure to provide a full and complete bid package This project involves the construction of a 30,400 square foot, two-story office building designed to provide modern, flexible office spaces. Located in Burley, Idaho, the building will feature open-plan offices, private meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces. It will incorporate energy-efficient HVAC systems, LED lighting, and eco-friendly materials. The building will include accessible amenities such as an entry lobby, restrooms, and parking spaces for employees and visitors. Construction is anticipated to start late September 2025, beginning with demolition and will take approximately 18 months to complete.
