Roof Decking: Inspect for water damage, and include a unit price per square foot for removal and replacement of damaged decking. - 29-gauge agricultural ribbed steel- color brown
- Roofing steel must extend past eve at least 1 inch
- Gable raker end trim- same color as roof
- Ridge shall be vented with Profile ridge vent foam or equivalent to allow air flow and prevent snow from blowing under.
- Ridge cap shall be 10"x10" wide and same color as the roof
