As of October 2022, construction is underway. The City of Lewisville shall use the procedures as authorized in Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 as described below to evaluate Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSPs). The City views the CSP as the framework to be used by the Proposer in preparing and submitting the proposal, and as an integral part of the final contractual agreement to be negotiated with the Proposer. It is important for the Proposer to become familiar with the requirements contained in the Instructions to Proposers as they will prevail in the event of any discrepancies or differences between project-related or contractual documents. The contents of the successful Proposal acceptable to the City will become a part of the subsequent contractual documents. Failure of the Proposer to accept this obligation may result in the cancellation of any award. Any damages occurring to the City because of the Proposers failure to contract may be recovered from the Proposer.
