The Franklin Township Board of Supervisors invite bids for a New Road Department Building to be located at 477 Municipal Road Dallas, PA 18612. The project consists of a new 4,225 sq, ft. post-frame building under five contracts A Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid shall accompany each bid. Bonding companies for Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds must be listed in the U. S. Treasury Circular # 570. If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder(s) shall execute the Contract and shall furnish and pay for Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price within 15 business days after receipt of the Notice of Award from the Architect along with the required Certificates of Insurance. This bid is for a public works contract and the bidder is subject to the provisions, duties obligations and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11 All submitted bids shall include the "Public Works Employment Verification Form" which is included in the bid documents.
