Custom BT General construction Pioneer construction 215530 Electrical construction Hayden power Group 752000 Dallas Area Municipal Authority which consists of the installation of three submersible pumps and new piping and appurtenances: Equalization Tank Pumping Station & Force Main Improvement Project Contract 2022-01 General Construction Contract 2022-02 Electrical Construction Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each bidder must be a registered plan holder with ms consultants, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on blanks furnished in the Bid Submittal Document. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to Dallas Area Municipal Authority, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. The Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders must be completed and submitted with all bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions must be received no later than Friday, June 3, 2022.
