The owner has selected a Construction Manager it is the Neighborgall Construction Company . The Project involves renovation of the second-Floor patient room and support spaces in the existing Roane General Hospital located in Spencer, West Virginia. A primary aspect of the renovations is related to the replacement of HVAC equipment and includes associated selective demolition, new electrical work to support the replacement of equipment, and lighting and ceiling finish improvements. Construction Managers as Constructor interested in submitting Proposals shall contact the Owner's Architect. The Project involves renovation of approximately 14,000 square feet in the second-floor patient room and support spaces in the existing Roane General Hospital. A primary aspect of the renovations is related to the replacement of HVAC equipment and includes associated selective demolition, new electrical work to support the replacement of equipment, and lighting and ceiling finish improvements. The Project Construction Budget is established as $1,750,000.00. During the pre-construction phase of the Construction Manager's Services, the Architect will develop a master plan for all desired renovations. The selected Construction Manager will collaborate with the Owner and Architect to identify a specific scope of work that addresses the facility needs within the stated budget. Silling Architects has been selected by RGH and will be providing full design and construction administration services. The services provided by the Construction Manager under this proposal are anticipated to begin in the late Summer of 2022 and run through final completion of the Project.
