San Jacinto Community College District, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "District", bids must be submitted electronically via the District's Planet Bids portal. All bids shall be made and presented only on the forms presented by the District. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the District's Planet Bids portal as CONTRACTOR should consult the Instructions to Bidders, Terms and Conditions, General Requirements and Liquidated Damages. REQUIRED LICENSE: C11 Elevator Pre-Qualified Contractor's List for Calendar 2022: This Project is being let in accordance with the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting ("CUPCCAA") Act set forth in Public Contract Code section 22000 et seq. Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been added to the Pre-Qualified Contractor List for the Calendar Year 2022. Interested Contractors must complete and submit the "New Vendor Registration" five days before the bid date by going straight to portal at website. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to the Contract Documents as defined in the General Conditions. The job walk will then continue at the Menifee Valley Campus, 28237 La Piedra Road, Menifee, CA 92584 in front of Building 300. Contractors are required to sign in and attend the entirety of the pre-bid meeting and job walk. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the mandatory job walks and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. Any Contractor who fails to arrive on time (by 8:05 a.m.) will not be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
