Marin County Parks Department is responsible for the care and maintenance of medians, walkways and parks throughout CSA #16, Marin County. Parks is seeking to contract for CSA #16 Landscape Maintenance Services for medians, walkways and parks throughout CSA #16, Marin County and properties as described in this solicitation. All interested parties should submit proposals that include labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, personal protection equipment, tool storage, and superintendence required to execute these services in accordance with the given specifications. The purpose of this conference is to provide a briefing on the scope of work, the specifications, and to review slides of selected site locations. The County considers attendance at this Pre-Proposal Conference vital to the preparation of a competitive and cost-effective bid, and to the understanding of the total result desired by the County. Maps are included as part of this bid package and vendors are encouraged to visit or drive by the site locations at their convenience. Proposers may submit written questions regarding this solicitation. All questions must be emailed and received by Friday, July 1st, 2022 no later than 4:00 PM local time. Questions asked after this date and time will not be considered. All questions shall be submitted to the Procurement Department via email, Procurement@MarinCounty.org The subject line shall be: RFP 2823 - CSA 16 Landscape Maintenance Services - Do Not Open Phone calls and faxed questions will not be accepted. Answers to all written questions concerning this solicitation will be posted on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022 The initial contract term shall commence on August 1, 2022 - July 31, 2023. The County of Marin reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to elect not to enter into any contract for the services described in the scope of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards of this proposal. The County of Marin also reserves the right to request clarification of information from the proposer.
