All respondents to this RFQ are encouraged to visit Salcines Park during regular hours of operation. The City of Tampa seeks Professional Design-Build services to design and construct extensive improvements to Salcines Park Improvements include pergolas, fencing, columns, lighting, furnishings, pavement, curbs, planting, irrigation, water service for future amenities and all necessary preparation, appurtenances, and incidental work. Design phase work includes, but is not limited to, development of technical drawings based on existing conceptual design, permitting, and cost estimates. The construction phase will be performed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price agreement with an associated Public Construction Bond.
