Subgrade Prep, Resurfacing, & Shouldering the Work Includes Approximate Quantities of Major Items as Follows: Mobilization 1 Ls Subgrade Prep 20' Width 50 Rs Class 5 Aggregate 2" 1500 Tn Class 7 Shouldering 1' Wide 10,084 Lf Bituminous Base Course 2" ("B" Oil May Be Used) 10,515 Sy Bituminous Wear Course 1 1/2" ("B" Oil May Be Used) 10,515 Sy Core Samples as Directed 6 Ea All Work Is to Be Done in Accordance With the Mn Dot Standard Specifications for Construction - 2018 Edition. A Payment and Performance Bond Will Be Required When Awarded. The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for a Period of 30 Days. Finishing Date for Completion Is Set for September 20, 2022. Because Time Is of the Essence, a $500 Per Calendar Day Will Be Charged for Failure to Complete the Project on Time. Please Call (507-838-5336) With Any Questions. The Township Reserves the Right to Increase or Decrease Quantities as Necessary Without a Change in Unit Price. Edge Milling of Existing Driveways and Road Connections Will Be Required as Incidental Work.
