Award will take into consideration the lowest total, price to provide the services specified along with qualifications and experienceofthe bidder and the Ports budget capability. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount, of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited. In accordance with RCW 42.56.100 and Port of Grays Harbor Resolution 2973, the Port makes the following rule: Public Bid Guidelines require that the Port of Grays Harbor maintain the integrity of official bid documents sets, provide swift response when incorporating addenda changes, and communicate in a singular, fair, and equitable manner to registered bidders. This process would interfere with the Port's obligations to maintain the integrity of the bid records if the Port were required to relinquish control over the bid I he proposal consists of rep lacmg approximately 620 linear feet of 6-mch water main line that crosses Fuller Creek via horizontal directional drilling, at the Satsop Business Park. Contractor will provide all labor materi-als not provided by the Port, and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified.
