General work description: Pre-purchase of pipe and fittings for the Miracle Mile Water Main replacement project and the Kimball Street and Forest Avenue reconstruction project. Question Submission Deadline:June 24, 2022, 4:00pm Question Response Deadline:June 29, 2022, 3:00pm Contractor Selection Date:On or about July 8, 2022 All water main pipe and fittings shall be cement mortar lined double thickness ( 1/8 ") and shall have bituminous seal coat. Water main pipe shall be push on or mechanical joint ductile iron pipe conforming to ANSI/AWWA C151/A21.51, ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11, and ANSI/AWWA C104/A21.4. Pipe class shall be Class 52. Water main fittings shall be mechanical joint compact fittings ductile iron Class 350 conforming to ANSI/AWWA C153/A21.53, ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11, and ANSI/AWWA C104/A21.4. Fittings shall have fully restrained joints. All sanitary sewer pipe and fittings shall be polyvinyl chloride conforming to ASTM standard specification for PVC Sewer Pipe and Fittings, Designation D 3034 (SDR 35) (4" to 15"), F679 (18" to 27"). In addition, piping and fittings shall be smooth, showing no apparent defects. All pipe and fittings shall come with a 1 year warranty. The delivery date for all materials shall be March 31, 2023. The materials shall be delivered to a storage area at the Lebanon Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any irregularity in Bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary Bonds and Insurance Certificates. The City will award this project based on the Citys discretion and may or may not include any or all bid alternatives. All work included in this bid is dependent upon the bid amounts and available funding. Actual quantities are subject to change and will be based upon actual field measurements taken during construction.
