Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Elma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The proposal consists of the design and installation of a NFPA 13 code compliant dry fire sprinkler system for Warehouse 17, located at Satsop Business Park, Elma WA. The scope of work includes: the design, approval, procurement and installation of a new dry fire sprinkler system for the 17,500 square foot facility. Contractor will provide all plans and specs, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified. Award will take into consideration the lowest total, price to provide the services specified along with qualifications and experience ofthe bidder and the Port's budget capability All bid proposals shall be accompanied by deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount, of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited. Public Bid Guidelines require that the Port of Grays Harbor maintain the integrity of official bid documents sets, provide swift response when incorporating addenda changes, and communicate in a singular, fair, and equitable manner to registered bidders. This process would interfere with the Port's obligations to maintain the integrity of the bid records if the Port were required to relinquish control over the bid documents during the bidding period.
