Site work and paving for a civil project in Princeton, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
*As of 8/12/2022 no bids received, it has not been decided yet if a rebid will occur* Separate sealed Bids for the construction of: Town of Princeton Massey Holt Road Waterline Extension: This project will include the installation of approximately 3,900 linear feet of 8-inch waterline and associated appurtenances, including a short bore under an existing DOT road. Several fire hydrants, valves, surface repairs, and an air release valve will also be installed. A new meter vault, including two meters for flow from either Princeton or Johnston County, will be installed and connected to an existing 6-inch waterline. Wastewater contractor's and utility contractor's licenses are required. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following location(s): Owner 503 Doctor Donnie H. Jones, Jr. Blvd. W., Princeton, NC 27569, Issuing Engineer Office Draper Aden Associates 114 Edinburgh South Drive, Suite 200, Cary, NC 27511, (919) 827-0864. Also please indicate if firm will be a bidder, supplier, or sub-contractor. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
