Site work and new construction of a retail development in Stratford, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
This proposal is being sought on behalf of the Prince Edward Island Cannabis Management Corporation (PEICMC). The lease arrangement with the Owner, will be as outlined in Appendix 'A'. This arrangement may either be for an existing facility or may be for a new design-build arrangement. In either case, submissions must identify the anticipated completion date. This anticipated completion date will be used as a characteristic to evaluate submissions. The Stratford project includes a complete demised shell of between three thousand (3,000) square feet and three thousand six hundred square feet (3,600)+/-, net rentable. In order to qualify for this project, the Proponent must have completed a minimum of Three (3) similar building projects over the past five (5) years. In addition, Proponents will be further assessed based on past experience and expertise, including: .1 The joint experience of the firms working together. .2 Design-build experience of the firms and similar type of experience, as necessary. .3 Experience of key personnel. .4 Safety record. .5 Firm's organization and location. .6 On-time delivery record.
