For Water Production Well Abandonment Clarification Deadline 7/11/2022 2:00 PM Post all questions online under clarifications for this bid. Answers will be emailed to you and posted online. There are three (3) inactive water production wells that require abandonment. See end of Exhibit "A" for additional well information 1. WellS-7 508 West Washington Street, Dothan, AL 2. Well No. 1 Broadway Street Napier Field, AL 3. Well No. 3 Broadway Street Napier Field, AL b. Submit Notice to Abandon to Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) c. Mobilize to site d. Pull entire well assembly to include motor, pump and column assembly e. Dispose of materials (pump, column pipe and well motor) f. Bail excess oil from well column g. Perform video inspection ofeach well and provide to OWNER on thumb drive h. Fill formation area ofwell with disinfected pea gravel i. Grout Neat cement to surface. j. Demobilize
