This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality ("HRM") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Archaeological Services - Cogswell District Project, as further described in the RFP Deliverables set out in Appendix A. The Procurement Terms and Conditions applicable to this RFP are set out in Section 3. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" shall be: Name/Title Sarah Hamilton, Procurement Portfolio Manager Email Address hamilts@halifax.ca Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of HRM, other than the RFP Contact or their designates, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. Deadline for Written Questions June 30, 2022 Proposals shall be irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days from the Submission Deadline. This RFP will result in a standing offer for Archaeological Services for a three (3) year period ending July 31, 2025 with the option to renew annually for up to two (2) years. Prices will remain firm until July 31, 2025. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
