City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting sealed Request for Qualification (RFQ) proposals and performance data for Engineering Services for Public Works Department and the Port of Montana (Landfill, Sewer, Storm Water, Roads, Water and Rail Infrastructure) are invited and Said Proposals will be opened and reviewed at a meeting of the Butte-Silver Bow Department of Public Works at a later date to be determined. The successful firms shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to, Section 2 Clause, equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal labor Standards and Civil Rights Act. The City and County of Butte-Silver Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
