The City of Calgary (The City) require a supplier with the ability to provide mechanical services for the Devonian Gardens HVAC and Plumbing infrastructure. Prequalification required - this RFP is only open to those Proponents prequalified as follows: C7400600 Buildings Mechanical Contractor This Request for Proposal is open only to those prequalified parties who have received notification from The City prior to submission deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category: C7400600 Buildings Mechanical Contractor The City of Calgary ("The City") require a supplier with the ability to provide mechanical services for the Devonian Gardens HVAC and Plumbing infrastructure. The City requires a supplier with the ability to Monitor, Operate, Maintain and Repairing Devonian Gardens: o HVAC systems; o the Misting system; o the Reverse Osmosis system; and o the Steam Delivery and Recovery system. The Supplier will be responsible for various tasking, including but not limited to performing reactive repairs (leaks, failures, damages, etc.) to the facility plumbing systems including the Steam delivery system, the Living Wall, the Garden Ponds, Horticulture Room sinks, and facility washroom fixtures This procurements process sis not intended to create, and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to director commercial negotiations The Deliverables are included in One (1) Schedule (Appendix F). The City intends to enter int One (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of One (1) year(s). The Agreement may be renewed for Two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed Five (5) years.
