As of September 6, 2022, this project was awarded to New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc., awarded amount is $58,542.60. Contract No. 2022-01 consists of milling and paving approximately 1,015 linear feet in length and 28 feet wide of Center Street between Spring Street and Walnut Street. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Wiconisco Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.Sealed bids shall be submitted electronically via the portal Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid.Questions and inquiries should be addressed through portal Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work by October 31, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
