The City will select one (1) contractor to provide all material and labor for select demolition, ADA ramp concrete work, stairs, hand rails, roofing, electrical upgrades and site restoration as outlined in this request. Contractors bidding on this project shall have at least one (1) American Concrete Institute (ACI) Certified Flatwork Finisher available, on-site at all times during placement and finishing, on any/all public infrastructure concrete such as curb and gutter, sidewalk, approaches, medians, bus stops, etc. within the City of Missoula.
