Site work for a transportation facility in Cape Coral, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The City of Cape Coral is soliciting Requests for Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the removal of the Chiquita Lock and construction of a seawall along the proposed new north shoreline of the canal. The project will require design collaboration, phase planning, marine demolition services, marine construction, and acceptance of all regulatory permit requirements. The selected CMAR firm will work with the city selected design/architectural firm throughout the design and planning process. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities or informalities when in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Cape Coral.
