Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the purchase and delivery of packaged powder activated carbon on an "as needed" basis, as per the specifications contained in the attached bid document. No separate schedules, agreements, terms, conditions, etc., shall be recognized or accepted if not submitted with the response to this solicitation. All information in a bidder's response and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1976 no. 442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof.
