Scope of Work: The project will include (but not be limited to) the following major items of work: This project includes improvements to the existing parking lot on W Cota Street, including re-paving, striping, drainage, landscaping, and sport courts. The Contractor will have 30 working days, if awarded, to complete the work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This project is funded in part by The Taxpayers of Washington State. The Engineers estimated range for this project is between $410,000.00 and $500,000.00 All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee (certified or cashiers check or approved bond) payable to the City of Shelton in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal price. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Shelton.
