The Contractor must provide personnel and equipment as outlined in this Scope of Services to assist the Seminole County Water Division. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and incidentals necessary to implement the SCESDs CCC Program. The Contractor must provide the following services: CCC Surveying Testing and Repairs of Residential BFP Devices Limited Testing and Repairs of Commercial BFP Devices, as Directed by the SCESD Installation and Replacement / Changeout of Straight Cartridge Dual Check Valves Replacement of Lift Station BFD Devices The type and size of the backflow prevention assemblies may vary depending on the type of hazard, and size of connections. The devices are typically located adjacent to the customers water meter. Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required No
