Contract No.2208-GC General Construction Contract No. 2208-E Electrical Construction Checks shall be payable to "The EADS Group, Inc.".Printed BiddingDocuments may be obtained from the IssuingOffice viamaildeliveryonly.Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the Issuing Office to be eligibletobid. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.A certified check,payable to the Owner, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. The Owner reservesthe right to increase/decrease item quantities up to twenty percent without negotiation of unit prices in the event that budget constraintsso dictate. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids, or to waive any errors, omissions, defects, or informalities, and to award the contract asmay be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
