Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) is accepting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide interior and exterior window cleaning services The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"), or December 20, 2022, whichever comes later. The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within five (5) business days of the Effective Date, or December 20, 2022, whichever comes later. As such, this RFP will serve to identify those Vendors that are minority owned or have a strategic plan to support the State's Historically Underutilized Business program by meeting or exceeding the goal of 10% utilization of diverse firms as 1st or 2nd tier subcontractors. Vendor shall complete ATTACHMENT D: HUB SUPPLEMENTAL VENDOR INFORMATION.
