Motors are not included in the scope of work. The existing floor plans and facility single line diagram are included in Appendix A. The included floor plans do not show all existing electrical equipment to be included under the project's scope of work. Contractor shall carefully review the existing SLD as well as the requirements outlined in the Job Plan Reports (Appendix B) to ensure that all required equipment is maintained as described herein. .2 Execute a comprehensive review of all existing electrical equipment and its condition and operation prior to any modification. Document and report any issues that are identified to Owner/Consultant if any work over and above this project's defined scope of work is required. .3 Perform a detailed review of the existing facility single line diagram (SLD). The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of all nameplate information, equipment characteristics, physical locations, confirming the existence of all equipment, and identifying any electrical equipment not already captured by the SLD. Where nameplates or labels are not present, Contractor to capture all electrical characteristics and determine power source and use of equipment. Provide legible mark-ups on the existing SLD with any required updates per the associated job plan report requirements and provide them to the consultant. .4 Capture clear digital camera photographs of all project scope electrical equipment. Photos shall be of sufficient quality to assist in the review of the physical/mechanical condition of the equipment. .5 Completion of all equipment specific maintenance activities as defined in the project Job Plan Reports including the outlined thermographic imaging. The list of equipment types that require maintenance is included below for reference. Refer to Appendix B for the Job Plan Reports which include the required maintenance activities that are to be performed by the contractor for each equipment. .6 There was a thermal anomaly outlined in the Consultant pre-tender site electrical systems investigation report. As suggested in the report, contractor is to re-terminate and tighten the load side wiring terminations as required to correct the issue. Complete thermal scan of this equipment after completion of maintenance. Refer to Appendix C for the Thermal Scan Report. Note that even though thermal scanning was previously completed, the contractor is still required to complete their own thermal scanning as outlined in the contract documents, since the building occupant load has changed significantly throughout the pandemic. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fails to receive the required documentation. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to rajesh.gupta@bgis.com by June 24, 2022 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
