Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to procure for the Corporation of the City of Mississauga, lifecycle replacement of pathway surfaces at J. J. Plaus Park, located in Port Credit. Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves surface replacement of existing concrete walkway and wooden deck on the pier. The Work in the Credit River is subject to the conditions of the Credit Valley Conservation Authority (CVCA) permitting, and all other permits that apply. As such, construction work must be sequenced to meet timing outlined by the permit(s), and as stipulated by the City of Mississauga.
