Site work for a road / highway in Flowood, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project scope is to construct a new signal at the intersection of E. Metro Parkway and Town Centre Way along with all additional improvements which may include but is not limited to striping, signing and all other work required as shown on the Construction Plans and in the Specifications. The total Contract Time will be 60 consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages at $500.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. No prospective CONTRACTOR may withdraw his proposal within SIXTY (60) DAYS after the actual date of the opening thereof. The CITY OF FLOWOOD reserves the right to waive any information or irregularities or to reject any or all bids. Award will be made to lowest and best bidder as determined by the Owner.
