Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Adamsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 574-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum.Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. This Project will include the use of the current Davis-Bacon wage rates. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing the required reporting/documentation of the wage rates with each progress payment through close-out of the contract. All Bidders must comply with the applicable provisions of Public Chapter 822, House Bill 2180, Senate Bill 1824 commonly known as the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976. A copy of Contractor's license must be attached to the Bid Form. Bids submitted without a copy of the license will be disqualified from the bidding process. At least the following information as required by Section 20 of this Act must appear on the outside of the envelope containing a bid in excess of $25,000 Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
