Renovation of a parking garage in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Addendum: 1 Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the lighting upgrade of the existing vehicle storage facility in Greenwood Village. The facility is the lower level of the parking garage at 8898 E Caley Ave and is approximately 84,000 square feet. The project will replace the existing metal halide high bay lights in the storage area, VSF, mechanics area and sand storage with new LED high bay lights, as well as install code required occupancy sensors. Additionally, task lighting in the mechanics and shop area will be replaced and a few emergency lights will be added to meet current codes.
