The University of Louisville, Department of Procurement Services will receive proposals from qualified facility services firms for the purpose of Electrical Contractor Services for the University of Louisville Belknap Campus, Health Sciences Center, and Shelby Campuses on an as needed basis Services available for contract shall include any or all Electrical Contractor Services as needed by all departments at all University campuses that cannot be addressed utilizing the University in-house Physical Plant staff. Hourly rates as provided in the contractors proposal are firm. The contractor must send the University a written notice 30 days prior to any price changes. Price changes, if any, must be agreed upon by both the University and the contractor. Price changes will be incorporated into the contract as an amendment.
