Note - electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner. Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside "Bid for: Magnolia Way Gas Extension, City of Pontotoc". A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the CITY OF PON- TOTOC, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
