As of July 28, 2022, project was awarded to BCI General Construction Inc. with an awarded amount of $176,275.00. The project started construction started already in mid July. 2nd and 3rd Floor Office Conversions. REQUIRED BID SECURITY: Each bid must be submitted with security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed contract, if awarded to the bidder, and will provide the performance and payment bonds, insurance certificates and other documents described in the Contract Documents. Such security must be in one of the following forms: (1) a cashier's check made payable to the SCCOE; (2) a certified check made payable to the SCCOE; or (3) a bond made payable to the SCCOE in the form set forth in the Contract Documents.
