The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is requesting quotes from contractors that hold a license issued pursuant to the State of Louisiana Contractors License Law LA R.S. 37:2150-2192 with a major classification in Building Construction and/or sub-classification in painting. All quotes are subject to form HUD-5370--EZ, General Contract Conditions for Small Construction/Development Contracts and Supplemental Conditions. Refer to Index of Submittal Documents for a list of required documents. All requests for information shall be submitted in writing pursuant to the Supplemental Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon wage rates shall apply.
