PROJECT 2: Base Structure: o replace the exterior stud walls and reframe with pressure treated lumber o Replace or reinforce roof joist and existing joists. o Add new pressure treated load bearing wall to support the joists. o Mounting Plate - seal so no water penetration and secure to wood frame PROJECT 3: Painting Paint the outside of the Happy Rock structure in its entirety with the appropriate paint for the material of the structure.
