Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver or University) invites proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms for services associated with the state funded MSU Denver Health Institute (AKA: Interprofessional Simulation and Skills Hub Renovation) project. The project includes several interior office/academic upgrades/remodels to existing spaces in addition to a full renovation for the Interprofessional Simulation and Skills Hub. Phased construction is anticipated to begin in March of 2023 and must be completed no later than April of 2024, please refer to Appendix E. MSU Denver was approved for $10,000,000 in funding to renovate an area of the existing West Classroom Building for simulation and skills spaces for our health science programs. The targeted construction value is $6,470,000. Submittals can be delivered either in hardcopy or electronically (one or the other).
