Notice is hereby given that Lane Transit District (LTD) is seeking proposals from qualified general contracting firms for CM/GC construction services on the Operation Command Center (OCC) Project. The process is to identify and award the most responsive, reasonable, and responsible qualified contractor based on selection through the evaluation criteria set forth determining the best solution and value for LTD and the project. Lane Transit District intends to employ a qualified Construction Manager General Contractor (CM/GC) firm in accordance with Oregon Public Contracting Rules ORS 279A.065 that shall provide all professional services as defined herein, in connection with the construction of the Operation Command Center during both the pre-construction and construction phases of the project. Work may include but is not limited to design program review, planning, design review, scheduling, cost estimating, life-cycle cost-engineering, value-engineering, constructability reviews, construction sequencing options and the CM/GC will also serve as general contractor for the project. The Inquiry/Question deadline has been changed to Monday, July 11, 2022, by 5:00 p.m. local time.
