Renovation of an educational facility in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General Contract for construction located at the existing New Market Skills Center, 7299 New Market St. SW Tumwater WA 98501 (Building B). Bids received after the time fixed above for receiving bids cannot be considered Interior tenant improvements at Building B. Work includes demolition of partition walls, doors, finishes and plumbing fixtures in the existing pre-school classrooms and toilet areas on the north end ofBuilding B. The TI includes Owner furnished salon equipment connecting to existing utilities, partition wall infill to create an office, new finishes and replacement of toilet fixtures. Architect's estimate is $185,000. A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) ofthe Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all Bids for a ny reason and, in particular, to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular
