Renovation of an educational facility in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Replace fume hoods, acid storage cabinets and roof top exhausts. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished. Contract Time: The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later December 31st, 2022. Request for Information (RFI): RFIs are due to Jessie Woughter (jwoughter@labellapc.com) by August 12th, 2022 by 5 pm to be answered and included in the final addendum. LaBella Associates, D.P.C. Canandaigua City School District June 2022 Mailing fee for one set is $35.00 for UPS delivery. Check shall be payable to Canandaigua City School District. Bid Security: A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Noncollusive Bidding Certificate: A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid. Prevailing Wage Rates: This is a prevailing wage rate job. Return of Contract Documents: Any Bidder, upon returning the Bidding Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days after date set for Bid opening will be refunded his deposit. Rejection and Acceptance of Bids: The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER.
