Renovation of a medical facility in Vacaville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The solicitation consists of a new Exhaust Fume Extraction System in California Medical Facility Fire House, tracks with complete high temperature hose drops and magnetic grabbers, wireless receiver, antennae, transmitters, sensors, 5HP fan, and control panel. All items in the project must be contractor furnished, contractor installed. Equipment and duct work attached to the roof structural and/or wall framings shall meet the requirements of the current California Building Code and American Society of Civil Engineers ASCE 7 standards. Contractor is responsible for plan development, submission, and obtaining approval from State Fire Marshal. The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) must review and approve the project prior to start of construction; no work is to commence until OSFM approval is obtained via GovMotus. If necessary, plan development must include structural, electrical, and any other alterations required to complete this project. Plans are to be presented to CDCR for review prior to uploading into GovMotus. 4. Inquiries/questions: Written questions must be received by close of business on July 25, 2022.
