This is the first phase (phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will shortlist bidders based on the mandatory requirements as per the attached RFP; the second phase (phase two) will invite qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on specifications and drawings. The list of prequalified bidders resulting from phase one will be valid for a period of 60 days from notification of completion of the mandatory requirements or contract award in phase two, whichever comes first.
