As of March 7, 2024, this project was cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Hanover, by and through its Board of Selectmen and Fire Substation Design Review Committee, is requesting proposals for the services of a Designer to represent the Town's interests in designing a new Hanover Fire Substation. While the development the new sub-station remains a priority, the Town is interested in exploring additional options which may include a reduced size sub-station and renovation/expansion opportunities at the existing Headquarters site. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing to: Taylor MacDonald or Richard Pomroy at Pomroy Associates (Owner's Project Manager), 49 Bedford St, East Bridgewater MA, 02333; Email: at tmacdonald@pomroyassociates.com or rpomroy@pomroyassociates.com before 2:00PM, on 7/11/22. Please note that funding for Phase 2 is not in place, and that Phase 2 will not commence until the Town has approved funding. Fee for Phases 1 and 2 shall be negotiated after designer selection.
