Any product substituiton must be approved by the Works & Operations Foreman in advance of contract award. All gravel road ways, back alleys within the boundaries of the City of Flin Flon require one application. The road designated Channing Highway from Freedom Street to Saskatchewan border require double application. Volumes are an estimate only. The City will determine actual volume required at the time of applications. Product is to be applied using a 10-12 foot spray bar. Note: some areas cannot be acessed by semi-truck/trailer configuration. Successful contractor is responsible to ensure ALL Federal, Provincial and Municipal legislations/regulations are followed to perform this service Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
