This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, replacement and upgrade of existing Fire Protection (FP), Plumbing, and Electrical systems at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, including Fire Pump replacement, as described in the Contract Documents. Hynes Fire Protection and Plumbing Provide all labor, equipment, implements, and materials required to furnish and install all Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection (FP) work (complete and operable) as shown on the drawings and as noted in specifications. The contractor to also coordinate the installation of new software for this project and ensure that there is a seamless transition of the existing Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection (FP) systems to the new one with no interruption in building operations. PN - 6021875 The scope also includes paint touch-ups to all walls, ceilings, soffits, and areas of the building that will get impacted by this project. The Plumbing and Fire Protection Contractor, also referred to as "the contractor" will be the General Contractor. The Plumbing and Fire Protection Contractor shall be responsible for all work described in the contract documents, including all reasonable repairs and ALL touch-up work related to or arising from the work being performed to complete the project.
