Conestoga is seeking to establish a Vendor of Record ("VOR") list of qualified Contractors to be considered to complete asphalt paving and civil concrete services at various sites as required from time to time. Asphalt paving and Civil Concrete projects will vary in scope and size and may include any of the following: - Remove and dispose of existing asphalt, - Concrete work (curbs, sidewalks, etc.) - Grading, - Driveways paving - Parking lots, driveways and playgrounds. - Cutting and/or repairs - Supply, place and compact: - 50mm. of HL8 binder course asphalt - 40mm. of HL3 surface course asphalt Planned projects will be tendered during the year, subject to necessary approvals. Projects may start at any time with the majority starting at the beginning of July and completed prior to the end of the season, annually. The Asphalt Paving Services may take place at various sites. Site plans/details will be provided as requested.
